We design, instruct and supervise the performance of each workout on a 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 basis. We have tried the various training methods out there and have determined thatHigh Intensity Training is the most productive, efficient and cost-effective approach. We can accelerate your personal learning curve and keep you safe.
Our workout is performed only once per week. This allows ample time between workouts to allow for both recovery and adaptation. Training only once per week also allows you to devote more time to complimentary activities such as cardiovascular exercise, or better yet, playing and enjoying your body.
Living Fitness is a private, personal training center specializing in a unique approach that allows you to attain the benefits of resistance training in only one 30-45 minute session once-per-week.
