What does Fitness mean

Physical fitness is the most important investment a person can make in him or herself. It’s not about being a super athlete or bodybuilder but more about developing a strong, capable body that can work, play, exercise and rest with ease. Every body needs it.

 

Why Hit

High Intensity Training delivers incredible results in a minimal amount of time. This method of strength training leaves no question as to whether or not muscles have been pushed to the limit and will grow stronger because of it.  Off and on over the last twenty years I have trained using traditional methods and after starting H.I.T      at  the age of 52 I’ve seen more strength gains and muscle definition than ever before.

 

 

Greatest strength :

    Before becoming a trainer I was a client for over a year and learned very quickly that excellent form and technique is key to the success of High Intensity training. Utilizing that experience I can relate to my clients through all phases of the training process and help them through the barriers they will face.

 

Favorite part

    My favorite part of being a trainer is being able to encourage people to push through mental and physical barriers to accomplish something they didn’t think was possible. It’s as rewarding for me as it is for them. Also, it’s just great to have a job that allows me to acknowledge people for their incredible effort and determination and see improvement every week. I love what I do !

I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with a brief letter regarding me and my wife’s experience with Living Fitness, and specifically our trainers, Marla Jo and Jason Hardy.
My wife began training with Marla Jo in 2006 and continued for over two years. The increase in her strength and endurance was absolutely amazing. Her weight loss, improved percentage in body fat and overall body composition was a wonderful byproduct of the very disciplined and well-planned training routines created by Marla Jo and Jason. According to Nancy, one of the most significant changes as a client of Living Fitness resulted in her increased mental focus and toughness in and out of the gym.

We both enjoyed the truly personal attention from trainers who not only were highly skilled and knowledgeable, but were also supportive and enthusiastic about our meeting weekly goals and overall health successes.

We thank the Hardys, and Living Fitness, for providing an exceptional facility and training experience. We moved to Florence, otherwise we would still be clients of theirs.
